Position Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the jewellery sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving repeat business through effective relationship management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide personalized service to clients based on their preferences, purchase history, and occasions.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain customer database and update client records with accurate information.

Coordinate with the marketing team for customer engagement activities like events, promotions, and festive greetings.

Help resolve service or product issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.

Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Maintain confidentiality of client information and purchases.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
