Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking and financial products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves field sales, lead generation, cross-selling, and providing financial solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, field visits, cold calling, and customer interactions.
• Acquire new customers for banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts (CASA), Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Investment Products.
• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking and financial products to existing customers.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and banking regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with branch and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly.
