Customer Relationship Manager

Warmly welcome clients, guests, and visitors; maintain a peaceful, smile‑friendly reception area.

•           Orient new clients about the center’s protocol, safety rules, and basic etiquette (silence, mobile‑phone rules, etc.)

•           Appointment and session management

•           Book, confirm, and reschedule sound‑healing sessions and consultations with practitioners.

•           Share session timings, practitioner details, and any pre‑session instructions with clients.

•           Administrative and front‑desk duties

•           Answer phone calls, emails, and social‑media queries; route them to the right staff or practitioner.

•           Maintain daily visitor logs, appointment records, and basic digital or physical files.

•           Client support and problem‑handling

•           Address client queries (pricing, packages, session duration, discounts, memberships).

•           Listen to concerns or complaints and either resolve them or escalate to the center manager.

•           Billing and coordination

•           Assist with basic billing, cashless payments, and issue receipts for sessions and packages.

•           Coordinate between practitioners, therapists, and management to avoid scheduling conflicts.

•           Ambience and hygiene of the front area

•           Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, quiet, and aligned with the center’s healing vibe.

•           Manage basic supplies (forms, brochures, water, etc.) at the front desk.

Ensure the client feedback (video format) and Google review as after each session with every client.
