- Key Responsibilities
- :Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage sales agents, ensuring consistent training and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and real estate partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including property showings, client negotiations, and closing deals.
- Stay current with real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Valid real estate license
- Preferred Skills:CRM and sales software proficiency
- Ability to analyze market data and sales statistics.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
