Field Sales Executive

We are expanding our portfolio to include high-quality EV (Electric Vehicle) charging stations, and we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to help us power the EV revolution in Rajasthan.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSite Acquisition: Identify and visit potential installation sites, including residential apartments, commercial malls, hotels, hospitals, and corporate offices.
• Direct Sales: Pitch our EV charging solutions to facility managers, RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations), and business owners.
• Technical Surveys: Conduct basic site assessments to evaluate power requirements and installation feasibility (training will be provided).
• Relationship Building: Leverage our existing network in the electrical and LED sector to upsell EV charging infrastructure.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily log of field visits and lead statuses in our CRM.
• Targets: Achieve monthly sales and installation targets to drive company growth.
• RequirementsExperience: 1–2 years in field sales (Experience in Electrical goods, Solar, or Automotive is preferred).
• Communication: Strong negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.
• Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and a valid driver's license for daily field travel.
• Mindset: A "self-starter" who is comfortable working independently in the field and meeting new people every day.
