Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a Voice Process / Customer Support role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through calls.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally
• Assist customers with order-related concerns, refunds, returns, payments, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience
• Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process / BPO preferred
• Good communication skills in English
• Comfortable with voice process and customer interaction
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
Location: Jaipur
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 6 Months to 3 Years Preferred
