Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Maintain customer records and update data in CRM systems.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
