Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveJob Timing:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days a week / as per company policy)

Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and closing deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound sales calls
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with customers to close sales
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain a positive attitude and follow company sales processes
• Requirements & Skills:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven
• Work Environment:Office-based role
• Fixed working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
