Job Description
Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveJob Timing:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days a week / as per company policy) for male staff job timing: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and closing deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound sales calls
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up with customers to close sales
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude and follow company sales processes
- Requirements & Skills:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven
- Work Environment:Office-based role
- Fixed working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
