Job Description: We are hiring Customer Support Associates for an international voice process. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction .Candidates with 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process or Freshers with Excellent English (US C1/B2) can apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate / Graduate
• Versant Requirement C1/B2 – US Voice Versant
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in International Voice Process or Freshers with Excellent English (US Voice Versant C1/B2 level) can apply
• Preferred: Experience in E-commerce domain
• SalaryUp to ₹35,000 CTC

Interview Rounds:

• HR Round > Operations Round

Working:

• Work Schedule 5.5 days working
• Rotational shifts and week-offs

Cab Facility :

• Males: ₹180 multiplied by number of night shifts
• Females: One-side cab provided during odd hours
