Job Description

Requirements:

  • Provide our own software support to clients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote access.
  • Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot software-related issues.
  • Guide users on software features and day-to-day operations.
  • Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until resolution.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issue escalation.
  • Ensure timely and professional customer service.
