Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Executive for our surplus garments wholesale business based in Narayana Vihar, Jaipur.

We deal in surplus garments and supply our products to customers across India on a wholesale basis. We promote our products through online and digital platforms and receive enquiries from interested customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend incoming calls and enquiries from customers.

Understand customers’ garment requirements, quantity and preferences.

Provide complete information about available products, stock and pricing.

Handle customer queries professionally and guide them according to their requirements.

Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Coordinate with the warehouse/team regarding stock and customer orders.

Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

Handle both B2B and B2C customer enquiries.

Location: Narayana Vihar, Jaipur

Industry: Surplus Garments / Wholesale Clothing

Preferred Candidate: Good communication skills, comfortable with phone calling and customer dealing, basic sales knowledge, and a positive attitude. Experience in garments, wholesale, telesales or customer handling will be an advantage.
