• Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for faster problem resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly service targets.
• RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
