Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for Tally and company software products.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Understand customer issues, provide solutions, and escalate technical concerns when required.
  • Assist customers with software usage, troubleshooting, and basic product training.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, queries, and support tickets.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and customer follow-ups.
  • Guide customers regarding software features and functionality.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Tally (Tally Prime preferred).
  • Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and willingness to learn new software tools.
