Experience: Minimum 6 Months (Jewellery Industry Preferred)

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Skills & Experience)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM till customer closing

🔶 Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator cum Inventory & Tagging Executive to manage jewellery stock entries, tagging, and inventory accuracy. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining proper stock records and ensuring smooth backend operations of the showroom.

🔶 Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate daily stock entries (inward & outward) in system

• Record all jewellery items including Gold, Diamond, Silver, Polki, and Precious Stones
• Monitor stock movement and ensure real-time inventory updates
• Handle stock transfers between branches (if applicable)
• Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inward registers

2. Tagging & Barcode ManagementPerform jewellery tagging with proper codes, weights, and details

Ensure accuracy in:

• Gross Weight
• Net Weight
• Stone Weight
• Making Charges / Wastage

Generate and attach barcode tags using software

Re-tag or correct tags in case of errors or updates

3. Software & Data EntryWork on Jewellery Software / ERP / Tally / Excel

• Maintain proper digital records of all stock items
• Ensure zero error data entry for high-value inventory

Generate reports like:

• Stock Summary
• Item-wise Report
• Dead Stock / Fast Moving Stock

4. Stock Audit & VerificationAssist in monthly / quarterly stock audits

• Perform physical stock verification
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies or mismatches
• Maintain audit sheets and reports

5. Coordination & SupportCoordinate with:

• Sales Team (for item availability & updates)
• Accounts Team (for billing & stock valuation)
• Karigars / Vendors (for inward items)
• Support showroom team during rush hours or exhibitions

🔶 Required Skills & Knowledge:Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

• MS Excel (important)
• Tally / Jewellery ERP Software

Understanding of jewellery basics:

• Gold purity (18K, 22K, etc.)
• Weight calculation
• Stone handling
• Good typing speed with high accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and high-value data

🔶 Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Jewellery Showroom / Manufacturing Unit
• Familiar with barcode systems and tagging machines
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

🔶 Additional Responsibilities (If Required):

• Assisting in billing support
• Maintaining old stock records / repair entries
• Helping in display stock arrangement tracking
