What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelors in finance & accounting/CA/MBA Finance/CPA/CMA Finance Processes and Operations - Record To Report •You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in designing, standardizing and continuously improving the R2R process, driving efficiency, compliance & automation. Implement global process standards, policies and controls in line with corporate & regulatory requirements. Support global transformation initiatives to streamline & standardize R2R processes across all geographies. Develop process performance dashboards to monitor process effectiveness. Collaborate with IT & digital teams to implement and optimize ERP systems and automation tools Drive change management programs to support global process adoption and behavioral shifts.
