Job Profile: Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive


-Satguru Fabrics is actively looking for a dynamic and creative Female Candidate to drive our digital marketing and sales operations. If you have a strong command over handling Meta ad leads, closing sales via WhatsApp, and basic content creation, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.


Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle and respond to daily incoming leads from Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) via WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Client Dealing: Share product catalogs, photos, and price lists with retail customers and wholesalers, and assist them in placing orders.
  • Data Maintenance: Accurately save and update the database of all new and existing clients in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Content Creation: Use Canva to create daily updates and catalogs, and plan basic content for social media posts and reels.
  • Sales Closing: Conduct regular and professional follow-ups with leads to successfully convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidates will be preferred.
  • Experience: 1 Year to 3 Years (Experience in Digital Marketing, Telecalling, or Inside Sales is required).
  • Skills: Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, a good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, and basic graphic editing skills on Canva.
  • Language: Fluent in spoken Hindi with basic written English for professional client communication.

Salary & Perks:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on interview performance).
  • Incentives: Earn extra commission on every successful sale! (The more sales you close, the more you earn).
