Job Description

We are looking for 5 talented and creative Digital Marketing Executives to join our growing team. Candidates should have experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Performance Marketing for multiple industries including restaurants, resorts, travel companies, destination weddings, and eCommerce brands.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital growth, paid advertising, branding, and content marketing.

  • ResponsibilitiesSEO (Search Engine Optimization)Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and keywords
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Improve Google rankings and website traffic
  • Generate backlinks and manage local SEO
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content
  • Plan reels, trending content, and influencer campaigns
  • Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors
  • Handle community management and audience interaction
  • Performance MarketingRun and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
  • Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns
  • Create audience targeting and retargeting strategies
  • Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, and campaign performance
  • Work on eCommerce shopping ads and local business promotions
  • Generate monthly reports and analytics
  • RequirementsBasic to advanced knowledge of SEO, SMM, and Paid Ads
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Good understanding of Instagram and social media trends
  • Creative thinking and marketing strategy skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, or AI tools is a plus
  • Preferred CandidatesCandidates from Jaipur preferred
  • Freshers with strong skills can also apply
  • Experience in restaurant, travel, hospitality, or eCommerce marketing is an advantage
