E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive / Ecommerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage ecommerce seller accounts and marketplace operations.

* Create, upload, and optimize product listings.

* Generate and manage product images/content for listings.

* Perform listing enhancement to improve visibility, conversion, and sales performance.

* Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (PPC/Ads).

* Track ad performance, analyze data, and improve ROI.

* Handle inventory and stock management across platforms.

* Monitor stock availability, out-of-stock products, and inventory planning.

* Create and manage shipments and fulfillment-related tasks.

* Perform account monitoring, reporting, and regular performance tracking.

* Support office-related work including basic data entry and operational tasks when required.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge of Ecommerce platforms / Marketplace account handling.

* Understanding of product listing, SEO, and catalog management.

* Basic knowledge of advertisement management and optimization.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good computer knowledge (Excel, Data Entry, Reporting).

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

* Experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace account management.

* Knowledge of listing creation, inventory management, and ad optimization will be preferred.
