DIGITAL MARKETING & E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for strengthening JKJ Jewellers' digital presence, generating quality leads, increasing showroom footfall, and driving online jewellery sales. The role includes managing digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, e-commerce operations, SEO, content creation, customer engagement, and performance analytics to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Plan and execute Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital campaigns.

• Generate qualified leads and increase showroom visits.
• Optimize campaign performance and marketing budgets.

2. Social Media & BrandingManage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and festive campaigns.
• Build brand awareness and customer engagement.

3. Website & E-CommerceManage the company website and online jewellery store.

• Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Improve website performance, user experience, and online sales.
• Coordinate with developers for website updates and improvements.
• 4. SEO & Online VisibilityImprove Google rankings through SEO and Local SEO.
• Optimize website content and Google Business Profile.
• Increase organic website traffic.
• 5. CRM & Customer EngagementExecute WhatsApp, Email, and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Manage customer databases and follow-up campaigns.
• Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• 6. Content & Campaign ManagementCoordinate product photography, videos, creatives, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the JKJ Jewellers brand identity.
• 7. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack campaign performance, website traffic, online sales, and marketing ROI.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce.
• Experience in Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Fashion, or Lifestyle industry is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, WordPress/Shopify, CRM, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and website management.
