Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales conversion. In this role, you will lead our organic visibility through advanced SEO strategies and actively drive business growth across major freelancing marketplaces.If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for turning cold leads into closed deals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Lead Generation: Manage, optimize, and drive sales on platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, and Upwork.
- Deal Conversion: Engage with stagnant or "dead" leads, counter objections, and strategically convert them into high-value deals.
- Full-Scale SEO: Execute robust On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and web traffic.
- Client Communication: Conduct seamless client consultations and follow-ups in both English and Hindi.
- Campaign Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and freelance marketplace conversion rates.
Requirements
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience winning projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
- SEO Mastery: Deep technical knowledge of On-Page (meta tags, content, schema) and Off-Page (link building, outreach) SEO.
- Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of reviving dead business leads.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
