Dispatch Executive

Job SummaryThe Dispatch Labour is responsible for supporting warehouse and dispatch operations by handling loading, unloading, packing, stacking, and movement of goods. The role ensures that products are dispatched safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining workplace safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload goods from vehicles and containers.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Move materials within the warehouse and dispatch area.
• Verify quantities of products before loading and dispatch.
• Arrange and stack products safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dispatch area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
• Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor.
• Support inventory handling and stock movement activities as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
• QualificationsMinimum 10th or 12th Pass.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch operations will be an added advantage.
• Required SkillsAbility to perform physical work and lift materials safely.
• Basic understanding of warehouse and dispatch activities.
• Teamwork and coordination skills.
• Punctuality, discipline, and willingness to learn.
