Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating with transport vendors and courier partners, arranging vehicles, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery-related issues. Candidates with prior experience in logistics companies or courier partners such as Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ecom Express, or Rivigo will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch operations.
• Arrange vehicles for timely pickup and delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and courier partners to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates to internal teams.
• Handle dispatch-related calls and coordinate with drivers, transporters, and vendors.
• Prepare dispatch documents, e-Way Bills, LR copies, and transport records.
• Follow up with transport partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery delays, failed deliveries, and transportation issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, and accounts teams for smooth dispatch planning.
• Maintain dispatch records, transport reports, and shipment tracking in MS Excel.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dispatch procedures.
• Build and maintain good relationships with transport vendors and logistics partners.
• RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Transportation, or Courier Operations.
• Hands-on experience working with logistics partners such as Shadowfax, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Rivigo, or similar courier companies.
• Good knowledge of dispatch planning, shipment tracking, and transportation coordination.
• Experience in arranging vehicles and coordinating with transport vendors.
• Good knowledge of e-Way Bills, LR copies, and dispatch documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple dispatches efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in a Manufacturing, Logistics, or Courier company will be preferred.
