Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across marketplaces and brand websites. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog optimization, order management, promotions, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Store Management

• Manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit
• Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords
• Ensure listings comply with platform guidelines and brand standards

Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock availability
• Track inventory levels and raise replenishment requests

Sales, Pricing & Promotions

• Support planning and execution of deals, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor pricing, competition, and Buy Box performance
• Assist in managing offers, coupons, lightning deals, and promotions

Performance & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, and ROAS
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and issues

Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure high seller metrics and account health

Account Health & Compliance

• Monitor account health dashboards and resolve warnings or policy issues
• Assist in handling case logs, tickets, and platform escalations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (preferred)
• Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and catalog optimization
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, etc.)
• Knowledge of PPC ads, A+ content, brand stores, and promotions
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar (optional)
