ABOUT THE ROLE

RDT Technology Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Jaipur office at C-Scheme. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our domestic sales pipeline — identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•    Manage the end-to-end domestic sales cycle — from first contact and proposal through to deal closure and beyond.

•    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.

•    Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up correspondence in a timely manner.

•    Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

•    Maintain a well-organised CRM record of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

•    Coordinate with internal design, project, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

•    Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential opportunities and areas of differentiation.

•    Provide regular sales pipeline reports and performance updates to senior management.

WHAT YOU BRING

 

•    1–5 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate, interior design, architecture, or building materials.

•    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

•    Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.

•    Self-starter with a proactive approach, high energy, and a genuine hunger to succeed.

•    Good understanding of the residential, commercial, and hospitality project ecosystem in India.

•    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

•    Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written); additional regional language skills are an advantage.

•    Willingness to travel locally and domestically as required for client meetings and site visits.


QUALIFICATIONS

 

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

•    Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on sales experience is mandatory; candidates with up to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

•    Prior exposure to the architecture, interior design, or construction industry will be a distinct advantage.
