E-Commerce Manager

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This includes overseeing website performance, online marketplaces, digital marketing, product listings, promotions, customer experience, and sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

* Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue.

* Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

* Optimize product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images.

* Plan and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.

* Coordinate with marketing teams for SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

* Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and market trends.

* Manage inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.

* Ensure smooth order processing, payment, shipping, and returns.

* Improve customer experience and resolve customer issues.

* Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance website functionality.

* Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

* 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales.

* Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or marketplace seller portals.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
