Job Description

Role Overview:


Manage and grow online sales channels by handling product listings, order processing, customer coordination, and marketplace performance.


Key Responsibilities:


✔ Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, website & other platforms

✔ Order processing, invoicing & coordination with logistics

✔ Monitor pricing, offers & stock availability

✔ Handle customer queries, returns & reviews

✔ Track sales reports & marketplace performance

✔ Coordinate with accounts, purchase & warehouse teams


Who We’re Looking For:


Graduate / Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing or related field

1 year of e-commerce / marketplace handling experience (Freshers with hands-on exposure may apply)

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub

Basic understanding of inventory & online promotions
