Job Title: Online Marketing & Sales Manager / Ecommerce Manager
Head Office – Jaipur
Job Type: OFFICE Position

About Us:
E-Commerce Manager should have knowledge of online business, Marketplace, Bulk Listings and Promotions in Garment and Fashion.
• Website Management
• Listings and Promotions
• Sales and Marketing, analyzing data from market.
• Ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.
1. Marketplace Operations
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content on Myntra and Nykaa Fashion, etc.
- Monitor order flow, returns, customer feedback, and seller ratings.
- Ensure timely product uploads, stock updates, and image/description accuracy.
- Run promotional campaigns and festive offers to increase sales visibility.
- Analyze marketplace sales data and develop strategies for growth.
2. Coordination & Cross-Functional Roles
- Work closely with:
- Sourcing Team: for product availability, pricing, and new collection planning.
- Social Media Team: for synchronizing website launches with influencer promotions.
- Sales & Retail Team: to connect online campaigns with store promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and support through digital platforms.
3. Product Strategy & Brand Presentation
- Develop and maintain category-wise sales strategy (Ethnic wear, Jewelry).
- Plan new collection launches aligned with festive seasons & marketing calendars.
Ensure visual and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Graduate in Marketing / Business / E-commerce / Fashion Management.
- 2–4 years experience managing e-commerce operations for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
- Expertise in Shopify, Meta Ads, and Excel/Sheets.
- Knowledge of SEO, SMO, and PPC campaigns.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
