We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated and responsible E-commerce Manager to manage day-to-day online operations.

• 🛠 Roles & ResponsibilitiesReply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Email, Instagram & Facebook
• Take and process manual orders accurately
• Order Processing & Updates
• Orders Follow Up
• Payment confirmation & maintaining payment records
• Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team to ensure timely dispatch
• Ensure all orders are shipped on time
• Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally
• Maintain proper communication and order records
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Handle multiple chats and tasks efficiently
• 🎯 Preferred Candidate ProfileEnergetic applicant with good academic background and sound decision-making ability
• Experienced candidates are welcome; if not experienced, short training will be provided
• Good command of English (fluency is a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of computers, MS Office & MS Excel
• Comfortable with basic mathematics for daily calculations
• Responsible, disciplined and well-organized
• Ability to manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment
