Location: Jaipur
Salary: up to 40,000-60,000
Working Hours: 9:30-6:30pm
6 Days a Week
An e-commerce operations manager manages inventory, order fulfilment, and backend systems to ensure online sales run smoothly. The role bridges supply chain logistics, customer service, and platform technology. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, prevent shortages, and handle supplier planning.
Order Fulfilment: Oversee picking, packing, and shipping workflows from purchase to final delivery.
Vendor & Logistics Management: Coordinate with third-party partners and shipping carriers to cut costs and speed up transit times.
System & Tech Integration: Maintain platforms like Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Process Improvement: Fix bottlenecks, analyse daily data exceptions, and automate manual tasks. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
Experience: 3 to 5 years working in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms, inventory software, and web data tools.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-department communication
