Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant to MDIndustry: Paper Bag Manufacturing
Location: Jaipur
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and emails.
- Coordinate with all departments and ensure timely task follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Handle confidential documents and support day-to-day business operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 3–6 years of experience as an EA to MD/Director.
- Excellent English communication and strong follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience in the Paper Bag, Packaging, Paper, or Manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Salary: Best in Industry | Joining: Immediate Preferred
