Indian Art Villa is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Export Packing Executive for its Bagru, Jaipur factory. The candidate will be responsible for export packing operations, shipment preparation, labeling, and dispatch coordination while ensuring international packaging standards and product safety.

Key Responsibilities(मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ)

Handle export packing activities as per shipment schedules.(शिपमेंट कार्यक्रम के अनुसार निर्यात पैकिंग गतिविधियों को संभालना।)

Ensure safe and damage-free packing of products for international dispatch.(अंतरराष्ट्रीय डिस्पैच के लिए उत्पादों की सुरक्षित और क्षति-मुक्त पैकिंग सुनिश्चित करना।)

Check product quantity, packing lists, carton labels, and export markings.(उत्पाद मात्रा, पैकिंग सूची, कार्टन लेबल और निर्यात चिह्नों की जाँच करना।)

Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, and dispatch teams for timely shipment preparation.(समय पर शिपमेंट तैयारी के लिए उत्पादन, QC, वेयरहाउस और डिस्पैच टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना।)

Monitor carton packing, palletization, wrapping, and container loading.(कार्टन पैकिंग, पैलेटाइजेशन, रैपिंग और कंटेनर लोडिंग की निगरानी करना।)

Maintain stock of packing materials such as cartons, foam, bubble wrap, and tape.(कार्टन, फोम, बबल रैप, टेप आदि पैकिंग सामग्री का स्टॉक बनाए रखना।)

Ensure proper barcode labeling and carton numbering.(उचित बारकोड लेबलिंग और कार्टन नंबरिंग सुनिश्चित करना।)

Conduct final inspection of packed goods before dispatch.(डिस्पैच से पहले पैक किए गए माल का अंतिम निरीक्षण करना।)

Maintain daily packing and dispatch reports.(दैनिक पैकिंग और डिस्पैच रिपोर्ट बनाए रखना।)

Follow company safety, cleanliness, and warehouse discipline standards.(कंपनी की सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता और वेयरहाउस अनुशासन मानकों का पालन करना।)

Required Skills & Qualifications(आवश्यक कौशल और योग्यताएँ)

Knowledge of export packing and dispatch operations.(निर्यात पैकिंग और डिस्पैच कार्यों का ज्ञान।)

Understanding of carton labeling and shipment handling.(कार्टन लेबलिंग और शिपमेंट हैंडलिंग की समझ।)

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.(न्यूनतम योग्यता: 12वीं पास / स्नातक (Graduate) वरीयता प्राप्त।)

1–3 years of experience in export packing, warehouse, or dispatch operations.(निर्यात पैकिंग, वेयरहाउस या डिस्पैच कार्यों में 1-3 वर्ष का अनुभव।)

Experience in manufacturing/export industry preferred.(विनिर्माण/निर्यात उद्योग में अनुभव वरीयता प्राप्त।)
