Job Description
We are hiring a Facilities Manager (Operations) to oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple office locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth facility management, handling staff and vendors, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily operations across multiple office locations
Ensure smooth functioning of all facility-related activities
Handle housekeeping staff, office boys, and third-party agencies
Hire and onboard housekeeping/support staff (directly or via agencies)
Monitor staff performance and maintain operational discipline
Track daily operational tasks and ensure timely completion
Address and resolve client complaints related to facilities and operations
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall office upkeep
Supervise office supervisors and ensure proper coordination
Manage vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and other services
Ensure proper functioning of utilities like electricity, water, AC, etc.
Report operational updates and issues to management
