Production Supervisor – Aluminum Doors & Windows Manufacturing

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities in the aluminum doors and windows manufacturing facility. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved while optimizing manpower, machinery, and materials.


  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily production operations for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and related products.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor fabrication, cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, hardware installation, and packaging processes.
  • Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
