Field Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Field Executive to manage and expand our rural network. The role is completely field-oriented and involves regular visits to shops, monitoring sales and collections, improving performance of existing outlets, and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties: -

• Visit ground shops regularly and ensure smooth operations

• Monitor sales, collections, stock movement, and shop performance

• Follow up on pending collections and payment coordination

• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer footfall by organising small talks etc.

• Support opening and setup of new outlets

• Coordinate with local shop operators and resolve ground-level issues

• Maintain field reports, visit records, and market feedback

• Identify new villages/locations for expansion

• Ensure branding, display, and shop standards are maintained

• Report directly to management regarding performance and issues

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate preferred

• Experience in field sales / rural marketing / distribution preferred

• Willingness to travel extensively (field role – 99% on ground)

• Good communication and relationship management skills

• Basic mobile reporting and Excel knowledge preferred

• Familiarity with rural markets will be an advantage
