As a Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in the RCU team, working closely with the Business Process Management Group. • Manage and execute field operations, including customer interactions and data collection.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures during field activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in field operations or a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant field operation software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse field locations.
