Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field HR Recruiter for bulk blue-collar hiring, especially Helpers and Supervisors for water tank cleaning operations across Jaipur and outstation locations


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire Helpers, Supervisors, Drivers, and field staff as per company requirements
  • Source candidates through references, job portals, local area visit ,WhatsApp groups, and field networking
  • Maintain manpower availability for ongoing and upcoming sites
  • Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring data
  • Support onboarding and employee deployment process


Required Skills:

  • Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring
  • Good networking and field coordination ability
  • Ability to travel
