Job Description
*Supervise and monitor security guards deployed at client sites.
*Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
*Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and grooming of security personnel.
*Coordinate with clients and address their concerns promptly.
*Arrange deployment and replacement of security guards as required.
*Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
*Handle emergencies and provide immediate support.
*Train and brief security personnel on duties and responsibilities.
*Maintain duty rosters and shift schedules.
*Monitor overall security operations and service quality.
*Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
