Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing travel company. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Prepare and share customized domestic and international tour packages.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers with a passion for sales and travel can also apply.
