Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive with a strong background in sales, particularly in kitchen and restaurant appliances. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-field, and driving sales growth for a reputed Indian brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Conduct field visits to restaurants, hotels, cafés, and commercial kitchens
• Promote and sell kitchen/restaurant appliances to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to clients
• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in kitchen appliances or related industry)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur
• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
