🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in our tile adhesives, grouts, and AAC block adhesives segment. The role involves expanding dealer networks, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the fast-growing construction chemicals industry.

• 📌 Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage dealer/distributor network across assigned regions.
• Promote Ashlar’s ISO-certified, ISI-approved products to contractors, architects, and builders.
• Conduct product demos, site visits, and technical presentations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.

🛠️ Requirements: Graduate in Civil/Construction/Business (MBA preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, or FMCG sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan and nearby states.
