सेल्स एक्जीक्यूटिव - लोन अगेंस्ट प्रॉपर्टी / प्रॉपर्टी लोन / मोर्टगेज लोन

जिम्मेदारियाँ:

  • संभावित ग्राहकों को ढूंढना और उनसे संपर्क करना
  • ग्राहकों की जरूरतों को समझकर सही लोन प्रोडक्ट देना
  • ग्राहकों की आपत्तियों/ ऑब्जेक्शन को सुलझाना और मोल-भाव करना
  • ग्राहक को लोन के लिए मनाना और बिक्री को पूरा करना
  • बिक्री के लिए फॉलो-अप करना
  • रोज़ाना रिपोर्ट भेजना और सेल्स प्रक्रिया का पालन करना

आवश्यक ज्ञान:

  • लोन अगेंस्ट प्रॉपर्टी/ प्रॉपर्टी लोन/ मोर्टगेज लोन के बारे में जानकारी



कौशल:

  • अच्छा संवाद, सुनने, और सवाल पूछने का कौशल
  • ग्राहकों को समझाने और मनाने की क्षमता
  • CRM और Microsoft Word/Excel का बुनियादी ज्ञान
