Hiring Alert – FOS Team Lead (Full Time)

🏦 SBI Project

📍 Location: Jaipur (as per allocation)

🔹 Role: Feet-on-Street (FOS) Team Lead

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• 20–25 FOS team members ko manage karna

• Agri & SME loan sourcing drive karna

• Monthly targets achieve karwana

• FOS hiring & replacement ensure karna

• Bank branches & RACC ke saath coordination

• Daily attendance & performance monitoring

• Training, huddles & field visits conduct karna

• Compliance & data confidentiality maintain karna

• MIS reporting & productivity tracking

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduate (minimum 50% marks preferred)

🎯 Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience (Loan Sourcing / NBFC / Rural Bank domain)

• Team handling experience mandatory

• Agri/SME loan knowledge preferred

👤 Age: 25–40 Years

📌 Mandatory:

• Aadhaar Card

• PAN Card

• Bank Account

• Bike + Valid DL

• Local resident (minimum 3 years)

• Field work & travel ke liye ready

💰 Salary: As per State Labour Law
