Job Description
Government Tender & GeM Executive
We are hiring an experienced Government Tender & GeM Executive for our HDPE Pipe business.
Responsibilities:
GeM Portal registration and bid participation
Government tender search and submission
Vendor registration with EPC companies
Preparation of Technical & Financial Bids
BOQ analysis and tender documentation
Handling e-Procurement portals (CPP, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, etc.)
Coordination with government departments and clients
Tender follow-up until award
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Government Tendering
Experience in GeM Portal and e-Tendering
Knowledge of HDPE Pipe, Water Supply & Sewerage projects preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PDF documentation
Strong communication and documentation skills
