Hotel Reservation Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling hotel reservations, managing booking operations, coordinating with vendors and ensuring seamless guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Hotel Reservations and Booking Confirmations
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and online OTA platforms
• Coordinate with hotels, vendors and internal departments
• Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation
• Ensure smooth execution of daily hotel operations
• Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations and special requests
• Monitor room inventory and availability
• Provide timely customer support before, during and after stay
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel reservations & operations
• Strong knowledge of booking management and reservation systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook email communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in hospitality or travel industry
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
