We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can manage manpower for mining operations, including recruitment, payroll, and staff management. The candidate should have knowledge of hiring field workers such as drivers, operators, and plant staff.

Labour / Helpers hiring

Electrical / Mechanical staff hiring

Coordination for Mines Manager & plant staff

💼 Payroll & HR Operations:

Attendance & salary processing

Payroll management

Employee records maintain karna

Joining & documentation

🏗️ Staff Management:

Site staff handling

Worker issues resolve karna

Discipline & coordination maintain karna

Daily manpower reporting

🔹 Required Skills:

Mining / construction hiring ka experience

Dumper driver, JCB operator hiring ka knowledge

Labour market ka understanding

Basic payroll & Excel knowledge

Strong communication skills

🔹 Eligibility:

Graduate / MBA HR preferred

Experience: 1–5 years (Mining / Crusher / Construction preferred)
