## Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can independently own end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner directly with the founder and engineering leads to understand role requirements, build sourcing pipelines, run structured interview loops, and close candidates. This is a high-ownership role with clear visibility and a path to grow into a TA Lead / HRBP position as the company scales.

## Key Responsibilities
### Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles (Frappe/Python developers, Next.js / React engineers, React Native developers, QA, DevOps) and business roles (functional consultants, BD, support, operations).
- Build and maintain a strong sourcing pipeline through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, Cutshort, Instahyre, GitHub, employee referrals, and offline channels (campus + community networks).
- Write crisp job descriptions, screen profiles, conduct first-round HR screening calls, and shortlist candidates against role rubrics.
- Coordinate technical assessments, panel interviews, and feedback loops with engineering and functional leads.
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, reference checks, and pre-joining engagement to ensure high offer-to-join conversion.
- Maintain a clean ATS / candidate database and report weekly funnel metrics (sourced → screened → interviewed → offered → joined).
### Employer Branding & Pipeline Building (15%)
- Strengthen Growth System's presence on LinkedIn, Naukri, AmbitionBox, and Glassdoor.
- Run targeted campaigns for niche skills (ERPNext, Frappe, Python, React Native).
- Build long-term relationships with engineering colleges in Rajasthan for internships and campus hiring.
### HR Operations Support (15%)
- Own onboarding: offer letters, documentation, BGV, joining kits, induction schedules.
- Maintain employee records, leave/attendance coordination, and basic HRIS hygiene.
- Support culture initiatives, town halls, and engagement activities.

## Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1+ year hiring tech roles in an IT services, SaaS, or product company.
- Proven hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and at least one specialized tech hiring platform (Hirist / Cutshort / Instahyre).
- Strong Boolean search skills and ability to source passive candidates.
- Excellent written and spoken English; working proficiency in Hindi.
- Ability to read a JD, ask the right clarifying questions, and translate it into a sourcing strategy without hand-holding.
- Comfortable with negotiation, candidate counselling, and closing offers in a competitive market.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and at least one ATS.

- Prior experience hiring for ERPNext / Frappe / Odoo / SAP B1 ecosystems.
- Exposure to SaaS / product startup hiring.
- Experience with campus drives in Tier-2 / Tier-3 engineering colleges in Rajasthan.
