Aashiprime Private Limited is a growing retail and distribution company dealing in building materials such as pipes & fittings, tiles, bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks, and allied products. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced HR Recruiter.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with proven experience in hiring for multiple roles. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely hiring for the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Sales, Store, Warehouse, and Admin
• Post and manage job listings on platforms like Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Source candidates through portals, references, and local networks
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with management
• Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
• Ensure timely closures of open positions
• Support onboarding and basic HR documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment/HR hiring
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Experience in hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles
• Good knowledge of job portals like Apna, Naukri, Indeed
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple openings

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
• Performance-based incentives may be offered

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
