Looking for a smart & proactive HR Executive who can manage hiring and team coordination efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment in IT
✔ Strong communication & people handling skills
✔ Ability to hire quality candidates
✔ Basic understanding of digital marketing roles (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Post job openings & screen candidates
Conduct interviews & coordinate with team
Manage onboarding process
Maintain employee records & communication
Requirements:
Good communication (Hindi + English)
Organized & responsible mindset
Ability to manage multiple roles hiring
Basic knowledge of HR tools
Preferred:
Experience in agency hiring
