HR Recruiter

NK Associates is a growing professional services firm offering solutions in taxation, compliance, business setup, and advisory. As part of our expansion, we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring dynamic and capable professionals across multiple roles.

Key Responsibility (Priority Requirement)We are specifically looking for a recruitment professional who can successfully hire 20 employees within the next 30 days. The role requires strong execution ability, speed, and quality hiring.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet monthly targets
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds/interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for interview scheduling and feedback
• Ensure timely closure of positions within strict deadlines
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and joining follow-ups
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing hiring needs
• Key RequirementsProven experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
• Ability to hire 20 candidates within a short timeline (1 month)
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
• Preferred SkillsExperience in hiring for accounts, GST, compliance, sales, or back-office roles
• Strong network and database of candidates
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
