Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles (Sales, Operations, Credit, Collection, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
